She is Doctorate in Music as NET qualified Research Scholar of University Grants Commission Govt. of India,(U.G.C).She has done Post Graduation Diploma in Advertisement & Public Relation Management (PGDAPRM) from Symbiosis Institute of Business Management (SIBM). Pune.
Dr. Deepshikha Pathak has been carrying forward the understanding of glory of Indian music, particularly “Ghazal” as poetry as well as performance in various fora.
In recent time conceptualized and conducted webinars on various topics and aspects of music in Haryana and Maharashtra region. She has performed in prestigious Platform in and abroad as ICCR empaneled artist to promote Indian Music . She has been a visiting Lecturer in Lalit Kala Kendra, Pune University.
As Founder Director of ‘Smart Tracks academy for Excellence’ She is engaged in multifold activities to enhance human potential to help achieve success.

She has over 20years experience in field of training in various aspects of personal and professional development. She has trained a large number of participants and worked with various institutes,corporates and organizations such as Reserve Bank of India . Centre for competitive Examination for UPSC, Pune University India, Technical institutes, Management Institutes, NCC cadets, Corporates of repute.
Her experience as PR executive in Corporate communication in leading Automobile Industry in Pune gives effective edge to her communication workshops. She has been visiting faculty for Corporate Communication in MITSOM , Pune .
She has trained teachers of various schools in and around Pune in joint project with Indian Express. She has imparted workshops to teachers of technical colleges on communication and other interpersonal skills in joint drive with Financial Express. She has given webinars extensively on ‘New Education Policy’ and its components .
