Mother Shailaja Bhogale was a lady with spiritual disposition. Mukti is married to Dental Surgeon Dr. Mohan Panse and blessed with 2 daughters Dr. Mayuri Kerr settled in USA and Madhura Risley settled in UK
Her Inner Wheel journey started 23 years back in 1999. She was President of Inner Wheel Club of Nigdi Pride in 2013-14. Joined Inner Wheel District 313 as District Editor in 2016-17 She was Convenor of COTI, ISO Meet and Rafe Committee Chairman for 15th Triennial Conference, Pune and has attended 1 IIW Convention, 2 Triennial Conferences and 2 South Asia Rally.
Mukti is M. Sc. in Microbiology and Qualied NET SET. As the Head Department of Microbiology, Dr. D. Y. Patil ACS College she taught the Undergraduate and Post Graduate students. She presented and published papers in State Level, National and International Conferences. She was a member of NAAC Accreditation Steering Committee and Best College Award Committee. She was a Visiting Faculty to SPPU, Hotel Management Institute and Institute of Pharmaceutical Sciences of DPU. She was invited to talk on ‘Positive Thinking and Stress Management’, Verbal and Non Verbal Communication Skills, AIDS Prevention and Awareness, Rubella Vaccine Awareness and Career Guidance in Microbiology, Biotechnology and Life Sciences by many institutes. She did a Certicate Course in “Interior Design”, Professional Course in ‘Beauty Therapy’. A Course in ‘Human Rights’ by Commonwealth Secretariat London, Certicate Course in “Rational Emotive Behaviour Therapy and Counselling Skills” that helped her in mentoring her students.
Music Encore : Music connects us to the divine is what she feels; hence trained in Hindustani Classical Music and Ghazal. She has many charity concerts, fundraisers and Ghazal concerts to her credit. She wrote lyrics, composed the tune and sang the song to receive First Prize at the All-India Inner Wheel Competition at “Prem Prateek” She sang for album Shegavicha Rana
Mukti produced and sang for a Ghazal Album ‘Kashish Ek Ehsaas’. The proceeds of the album were donated to Lokbiradari Prakalp Hemalkasa for the Education of Tribal. She was invited as judge for Inner Wheel Idol, Cap Gemini Idol, All India Patriotic song competition and Intercollegiate Music Competitions to name a few.
Awards and Honours: She received “Gem of the Year Best President” Trophy and 10 other awards. She stood First in all Masters Programs and received Meritorious Student Govt. of Maharashtra Cash Award and Trophy for her second M. Sc. She received “Prociency in Singing and Music Excellence Award” from GSI MOM India. Mukti was invited to author a Book on Microbiology for the students of Biotechnology. She has contributed poems to the book ‘Kavyapravas’ She played Table Tennis at All India Inter University Games. Received the Best Chairman, Best Director Rotary awards at Club level and 6 other Awards as Director New Generation of RI District 3131 and is a Paul Harris Fellow.
She is an Advisor to Foreign Language Online Application, NGO Member for 2 Committees for Women’s Grievance Cell of Pimpri Chinchwad Municipal Corporation. She was invited to be a member PCPNDT Committee of PCMC Health Department. She is Life member of Association of Microbiologists of India and Indian Science Congress.
My Dear Inner Wheel Friends
I am indeed humbled and privileged to lead this vibrant Inner Wheel District 313 as the 38th District Chairman. I accept this post with a sense of responsibility and commitment. Let us all focus on the Inner Wheel motto of Friendship, Service and International Understanding to’WORK WONDERS’
A True Leader will plan the year keeping in mind the progress of the organization she is working for. I am sure you all at various positions as District Executive Committee Members, District Committee Members or Club Executive Committee Members will work in the larger interest of the society with complete harmony and dedication.

I am sure if you give importance to TEAM AND TEAM WORK THE GOALS ‘WE CARE’would be achieved easily as they are similar of our District Project Avenues; except for the camps for Non Communicable Diseases.
I was very motivated when I read the UN Objectives for Environment Restoration. They plan to implement various Sustainable Environment Goals during the decade 2021 to 2030
Air pollution, poor management of waste, growing water scarcity, falling groundwater tables, water pollution, preservation and quality of forests, biodiversity loss, and land/soil degradation are some of the major environmental issues India faces today
Let us work for Environment Restoration using truly transformative options that need to be available, affordable and sustainable. The renewable energy source like Sunlight for Solar Power, Rainwater Harvesting, Clean Water and Sanitation, Afforestation and Reduce, Reuse and Recycle Paper are green practices to Save Trees. Zero Waste Schools and Zero Waste Neighbourhoods is another objective we can achieve by focused and determined efforts.

Share your talent and time ,because you are few of the lucky ones who have got more than your share from the society. The time has come to give it back now. These words of Anuradha Chandak at the inaugural ceremony of Inner Wheel Club of Solapur Harmony inspired 52 members to join Inner Wheel.
About Anuradha Chandak, She is a graduate in Home Science from Maharani College Jaipur, A Diploma holder in Interior Designing Jainson and Nicholson Chennai, and a Diploma Holder in Web Designing from Aptech. Anuradha is a very good orator and has a great command over Hindi. She has worked with Jaipur Doordarshan in her college days. She has been professionally comparing for many events and organizations out of which a few prominent ones were with Gulzaar Sahab, Ujjwal Nikam and Padma Shri Muzzaffar Hussain. She has also compared at District Conferences of Rotary District 3132 twice. She has recorded her voice for many documentaries and has also worked in Association with Akashvani for a few programs.
Anuradha is also a very good writer. She has written scripts and articles for many programs and magazines. Along with this she is a music lover who enjoys singing, an amateur painter, a great cook, a Dancer by heart ,a cycling enthusiast and a nature conservationist. In spite of all the commitments her penchant for creativity is commendable. In fact she is a perfect example of beauty with brains. The posts that she has served up till now are Vice President of Maheshwari Pragati Mandal Solapur for 6 years. Member on the board of Directors of Soni College of Solapur and presently she is one of the directors of Vikas Bank Solapur. At times it appears that she has more than 24 hours at her disposal.
Be it Inner Wheel or any other social commitment the pillars of strength have always been her family. Anuradha was born in an illustrious Marwadi family to Sri Ghanshyam Das ji Kabra and Nirmala ji Kabra and is happily married to Amit Chandak who is an industrialist .He is a past Rotarian and the PP of Solapur Towel City Round Table 150 and Charter President of M Circle Solapur. She has two sons. Kushagra and Suryansh, both of whom have completed and excelled in education and have joined the family business of manufacturing, printing and exporting Terry Towels.
Anuradha joined Inner Wheel in 2009 as Charter President of Inner Wheel Club of Solapur Harmony bringing back 14 awards that year at individual and club level... Best Club Best President being a few amongst them. She won the election of District Editor in 2014 and since then she has been serving the Inner Wheel District 313 at various posts. She has organized many events at district and zonal level at Solapur. She had the privilege to speak at the program President No 1 at the Triennial Conference at Kolkata in 2015 for which she won many accolades. She also coordinated and organized the all India level Talent Show Hunar, at the Triennial Conference in Pune in 2019. Anuradha Chandak is a gift to our organization, who will keep our wheel of Inner Wheel District 313 in motion ahead.
