Message From District Chairman

Greetings for a safe, happy and healthy Inner Wheel year 2021-22!

“Let worries turn into worship, Battles will turn to blessings!” This wonderful quote, encompasses the positivity we all need, the energy we need to share, and the happiness we need to spread. This pandemic has taught us to appreciate and stop complaining. This invisible virus may have stopped the world, but it has not dampened the spirit of Friendship nor reduced our Service. So, let us all strengthen our bonds of friendship and enjoy Inner Wheel in its true spirit! Let us generously give our time and energy to help others.

Friends, I am proud that we are now the second-largest district in India. A time when we feared how we could work without meeting physically, staying indoors, the virtual platform has given us the much-needed respite not only to conduct meetings but also develop our creativity, improve our health, etc. Just as corporates, we, Inner Wheel members are also in Work-From-Home mode, and that also successfully.

We just had the rst-ever virtual Convention at Jaipur, where we were introduced to the International Inner Wheel Social Service theme for three years, Stronger Women Stronger World, and IIW President, Ebe Martines gave the theme ‘Pink First’ (women helping women). So rightly worded! We all know that educating a girl, will educate the family. Similarly, if we make our women strong, strong family and strong nation will just follow. Like Robin Williams says, If women ran the world, there would be no wars.”

Association President,Saroj Katiyar, has given the goals ‘S-HEROES’(Understand the Super Women in each one of us,in all women folks). She too inspires us to focus on Women Empowerment. So,let us help one another and especially women folks in our community.

Let us encourage more women to join our club and stay motivated to continue our support for Women,Children,Sr.Citizens, and the needy in our community.Let us also do our best to protect environment and strive to bring smiles on many faces around us.

Remember the tag lineRespect Person,Respect Time!

Respect yourself and be condent in what you do.Respect others by caring and understanding their feelings.Respect TIME by planning your work and be disciplined to achieve many things.Managing time wisely will help you move from where you are today to where you wish to go!

Friends, let us rise high, gracefully towards the 100th year of Inner Wheel on the foundations laid by our predecessors.Let us use our communication skills to spread the message of Inner Wheel through various print and online media.Let us join our hands and our abilities to not just be an organisation with the highest number of ladies, but an organisation with a difference, making a difference!

Look forward to a memorable year working with 3000+strong dedicated Inner Wheel Members of District 313!

Friends forever,

Santosh Singh
